He is Founder & CMO of Clarity International, a worldwide Digital Design Integrator working with large multinational corporations, supercharging the effectiveness and experience of their Employee Engagement, Digital Learning and Sales Tools.
Francesco designed and run 700+ campaigns for clients in Europe, United States, Middle-East and Asia - such us HSBC, BT, Ministry of Defence, Marsh & McLennan, TEVA, Toshiba, Huawei, HP, Microsoft, Mercer - on Product Design, User Experience, Digital Learning, Employee Engagement, Transformation, Digital Media and Sales Enablement.
Francesco has spoken at several conferences and seminars around the world and has given lectures at the Public Relations master's degree - University of London. He is co-author of the textbook "Exploring Internal Communication" published by Pearson. He is also Co-Mentor and Advisor at the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator and BemyGuru network.
Francesco has won numerous awards including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, Learning & Performance Institute Awards, three BT Innovation Awards. Francesco is a Humanitarian International staff member at CESVI NPO, a member of the Neuromarketing Science & Business Association and a Corporate Member of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
